Hard Earth sources exclusively from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, an area known for consistency, scale, and controlled post-harvest practices.

The region's flat terrain and predictable climate support uniform growing conditions, allowing producers to deliver reliable quality across harvests. These established farms utilize advanced processing and drying techniques to preserve sweetness and body even at darker roast levels.

Brazilian beans used in Hard Earth are grown at moderate elevations and processed using pulped natural methods.
